We also offer a 2,000 sq ft Interval Training Room, complete with indoor/outdoor turf! Revolution Fitness also includes a large classroom including digital fitness. Just select which workout you wish to complete on our digital fitness archive, and your on your way to a new you on.  And just in case you need to warm those muscles up before your fitness endevor, we have personal infrared saunas in both the mens and womens restrooms, which also include showers.
